A particularly friendly practice team and competent veterinarians. They leave no stone unturned, and their treatment approaches have always been successful. We are always happy to take our lop-eared rabbit to the practice and feel well-advised there. Even a castration that became necessary at short notice was carried out quickly and professionally without any discussion. A big THANK YOU to the practice team from satisfied pet owners.

Our guinea pig's fungal infection and the associated hair loss on its back were successfully treated with the wash solution after just three applications. Short waiting time and expert service – we'd gladly use them again!

We went to three vets in all of Eisenach, and this one is the worst of them all. While one vet simply can't handle animals at all and you can tell he has absolutely no interest in them, the other is just incompetent. We took our cat there who had a corneal tear, and they didn't even take a swab of the eye, nor did they examine it further despite our multiple visits to see what else might be wrong with the eye. They just charged us and prescribed drops. We switched to another vet who diagnosed herpes and finally gave the cat painkillers. This led to an ordeal for the cat until last week, with pain and countless drops every day with no chance of recovery. Now we can only hope that, in the worst-case scenario, the eye won't have to be removed. Find other vets; they're just out to make a quick buck here.
