My sweetheart suddenly had problems yesterday; he was making noises like he was going to be sick. I called at 9 a.m. this morning, and I was able to come at 10:15 a.m. – fantastic! Thank goodness it's nothing serious. Thank you so much, highly recommended.

I can't give this practice a star because you have to make an appointment for an emergency, and they don't welcome new patients anyway. It's simply abysmal. An emergency animal is sent away without an examination after waiting for over half an hour, with the explanation that it's not a good day and they're so busy. My cat should have made an appointment before becoming an emergency.

We were at the vet's office today due to an emergency. We received a very warm welcome from Dr. Heydenbluth. She listened very carefully to everything we had to say, and when she advised us to let our little one go, she did so with great sensitivity. Anyone who has a dog knows how difficult this decision is. Dr. Heydenbluth calmly and patiently explained everything to us. She took the time to ensure our little one fell asleep as gently as possible. Tears will be streaming down our faces for quite some time, but we would like to express our sincere gratitude for the comforting atmosphere.
