A completely incompetent doctor. Instead of helping our cat, who was totally weakened because she couldn't eat due to stomatitis, he put her under anesthesia to look in her mouth. He'd already made the diagnosis beforehand, though. A totally unnecessary procedure. The anesthesia weakened our cat so much that she died shortly afterward. Her condition was only worsened by the treatment. The right thing to do would have been to nurse her back to health with IV fluids. But instead of doing anything right, this doctor just fawned over my 18-year-old daughter, questioned her about her life, and tried to convince her to study medicine. Simply pathetic and disgusting. And you have to give money to people like that! OUTRAGEOUS!
A truly excellent, polite, and extremely kind doctor. We took our little dog to his emergency clinic today. There were no accusations or other snide remarks. He listened and answered our questions. We received medication to ease the pain. A really wonderful country doctor, the kind you rarely find anymore. Thank you so much! đ
My dog ââwas mistreated. The vet said he had a stomach problem, but after my mother, who was with him, asked if he could listen to my dog's heart because he was breathing so fast, he said he'd been doing that for thirty years. So, the dog got an injection and painkillers. Afterwards, my dog ââvomited and almost fainted, and his breathing became even faster. The vet was no longer available. I then drove to Eisenach, and the vet there listened to his heart. His heartbeat was very fast, and the X-ray showed that his heart was as hard as a ball. The vet should have been able to hear that a week earlier, but he didn't think it was necessary. In Eisenach, I was given diuretics and heart medication, but my dog ââdied on the way home. It was too late. Now I blame myself for going to that vet in the first place, adding to the stress of his heart condition. I have to figure out how to cope with this sudden loss. There were never any major issues with him before. Things got really bad after the visit to Dr. [Name]. Kräft, he was actually already in the dying phase, but you tend to believe a vet who thinks he has so much experience. Unfortunately, I wasn't there with him; it would have seemed strange to me.
We took our 1 1/2-year-old Maltese/Yorkshire Terrier mix to Dr. Kräft's emergency vet today. She had suddenly developed stomach cramps. After a quick phone call, we were able to see him immediately. Dr. Kräft knew right away what was wrong with our dog after the examination. He explained the cause of her discomfort in detail and prescribed medication. We are very grateful to Dr. Kräft for his caring and competent help. We highly recommend him. Keep up the good work! đđđ
Unfortunately, one star is too much! Mr. Kräft was on call over the weekend and initially didn't take our concerns seriously. Only when the symptoms worsened were we allowed to see him. One injection, unnecessary pills, âŹ130, and an hour later my dog ââdied in my arms. If our concerns had been taken seriously right away and perhaps an IV had been administered, my dog ââmight still be alive. In that sense, thanks for nothing.
