We came here spontaneously as an emergency from Hesse, full of worry and total despair. We were immediately given an incredibly warm welcome, and all the necessary steps were taken to help our dog… and they succeeded. They take their time, explain everything clearly, and treat each animal with love. My dogs immediately gained trust, which is priceless for me as an owner.
