Absolutely fantastic veterinarian. Open and straightforward. Always friendly, helpful, and reliable. To those with one-star reviews: I've experienced quite a few emergencies, people who call you out in the middle of the night, then don't show up, are extremely unfriendly because remote diagnoses aren't possible, or who simply waited too long to help their pet, etc. Or the emergencies that want to show up on a weekend, even though there would have been plenty of time during the week to help the little darling, or they aren't even emergencies at all. I could make a guess about you, but I think I'll refrain!

I absolutely cannot understand the bad reviews here. The veterinarians are very friendly, honest, and highly competent. The receptionist is also very friendly. Thanks to their treatment, our dog is doing well again. Surgery was necessary. We can highly recommend the veterinarians Dr. Drescher.

I absolutely cannot understand the one-star reviews and would love to ask the "authors" if they're sure they actually took their pet to this practice. If my dog ​​could talk, he'd tell me – thank you, owner, for switching practices and taking me to this one. Veterinarian Doreen Drescher is highly competent, she takes her time, and explains everything that needs to be done honestly. Above all, she treats the animal with great care and affection. Five stars for the receptionist as well! I will definitely recommend this practice.

I would prefer to give zero stars. My daughter took her sick dog to the vet today. She had an appointment. After explaining her financial situation to the receptionist and even suggesting she pay the costs in installments, she was told to come back when she had the necessary funds. I find this very sad, because what happens if the poor dog dies from its illness simply because its care was denied due to a lack of funds? Therefore, I cannot recommend this vet.
