I would prefer to give zero stars. My daughter took her sick dog to the vet today. She had an appointment. After explaining her financial situation to the receptionist and even suggesting she pay the costs in installments, she was told to come back when she had the necessary funds. I find this very sad, because what happens if the poor dog dies from its illness simply because its care was denied due to a lack of funds? Therefore, I cannot recommend this vet.

We are very satisfied. Waiting times are perfectly acceptable, you get an appointment quickly, and the treatment is excellent!

I absolutely cannot understand the one-star reviews and would love to ask the "authors" if they're sure they actually took their pet to this practice. If my dog ​​could talk, he'd tell me – thank you, owner, for switching practices and taking me to this one. Veterinarian Doreen Drescher is highly competent, she takes her time, and explains everything that needs to be done honestly. Above all, she treats the animal with great care and affection. Five stars for the receptionist as well! I will definitely recommend this practice.

Despite being attacked and without an appointment, my English Bulldog lady was helped competently, lovingly, and with comprehensive and - even for a layperson - understandable explanations. Highly recommended - many thanks also on behalf of Klößchen 🐶
