I cant imagine how lucky we are that we found this practise. Its almost our third year we have been visiting this practise. They are very well updated all the time with your pet/friends history and each conversation they pinpoint the diagnose. They also saved our dogs life after seing 10 different veterinerians around Nürnberg, just one visit was enough with them to identify what lies there. Incredible! The practice was fully booked. I had called because my cat had a tick in her genital area, and despite my experience with tick removal, I couldn't get rid of it. I explained the problem to Emma, ​​the AI ​​who steps in when staff are unavailable. My tick treatment, which was recommended by another vet (who is closer to my home, and my cat is very shy and sensitive), unfortunately didn't work. Due to the high volume of patients, they didn't return my call within the timeframe I had available. Which is, of course, completely understandable! So I drove straight to the practice and received an exceptionally warm, empathetic, and competent welcome. Jessica R., in particular, took care of my cat, even removing several more ticks and giving me a different treatment. I am truly impressed by the friendliness and flexibility of this team. Ms. Müller, a very competent and friendly veterinarian for rabbits, costs were reasonable, large practice, clean with about 10 treatment rooms, however, some doors were open, which I don't like so much because of privacy concerns.

We had a really great experience with the vet team here. We are from the UK and were a little worried things may get lost in translation, but this was no problem at all. Everyone was super friendly, and helpful and explained everything to us in full. The team were so kind to our cat, Elvis and listened to our concerns. They gave us some really great advice and a treatment plan which we really appreciated. Really highly recommend. Thank you all so much for your care!
