My partner brought my guinea pig Quaffle (and my little rat once, too) here because I don't speak much German and therefore (and because of Covid) couldn't go inside with him. From what he told me and what I saw, they were simply sensational. They treated my little ones individually and with such care. They try to find the best way to treat the animal with as little stress as possible. I was so happy with this approach and how they treated my animals. They treat the animals here with more humanity than a doctor I recently visited myself. I have nine pets and will definitely come back here if anything comes up. Thank you so much for your kindness to my little ones, whom I love more than anything.

After our usual vet closed down, we ended up here following unsatisfactory visits to another vet. We feel very well cared for and in competent hands, and I'm glad that there are still such warm-hearted vets who prioritize the animal's well-being. We gladly drive the few kilometers from Frankfurt and will recommend you to others.

We visited the doctor's office today. The doctor was incredibly kind and took her time to explain everything. The nurse was also very friendly. We'll be back! Thank you!

We've been going to this practice since last year and are completely satisfied. We were given a very warm welcome and feel very comfortable there. I have absolutely nothing negative to say. I was given all the information I needed regarding my animals.

We used to take our dog to the practice regularly. Unfortunately, after a few years, we found ourselves dissatisfied with the treatment methods and results. The atmosphere in the practice was also very tense and cold. Many questions were only answered half-heartedly. I felt somewhat neglected and had to push for an appointment. The treatment approach seemed questionable to me, so we had to stop using that practice.
