On December 29, 2025, we took my friend's two cats to Dr. Munstein. She took a great deal of time with us, as the ownership and insurance matters were somewhat complicated. She also dedicated a significant amount of time to the treatment and examination of both cats. We are very grateful for her trust and know our two cats are in good hands.
I was at Ms. Munstein's on Good Friday, April 3rd... at 8:44 PM on Good Friday... this woman is amazing. My cat became lethargic and unresponsive after a loud bang. I called Ms. Munstein, and she told me at 8:44 PM on Good Friday, "Bring the cat in and come here." The cat was examined with empathy and professionalism. My initial worry about my cat was quickly alleviated by the calm and competent Ms. Munstein. As mentioned, Ms. Munstein is truly an asset to our community. Thank you again, and one more thing... it's regrettable that I can't give the practice more stars.
