Our cat had been struggling with a cold for years, and after we moved to Wolfsberg, it worsened considerably, becoming purulent. In Graz, the cold was never the primary reason for treatment, but we always brought it up, and several vets dismissed it because it's difficult to pinpoint the cause. Ms. Bäck took a systematic approach, first trying a broad-spectrum antibiotic and cortisone. The cold worsened again after we stopped the medication. Ms. Bäck suggested a PCR test for less common, but still typical, viruses and bacteria. And lo and behold – it came back positive for a specific bacterium that can only be treated with a special antibiotic, which must be administered for three weeks. A complete success! For the first time in years, our cat is symptom-free, despite numerous visits to other veterinarians! We had almost given up hope that our cat would ever be free of colds again. Ms. Bäck did everything right! The wait is very short, the visit very pleasant and respectful. Ms. Bäck takes her time and explains everything thoroughly. Our veterinarian of choice in the Lavant Valley!
