Is there an on-call doctor?! They just brush you off! The doctor isn't willing to help! So sad! 🥶🥶 Sad for Wolfsberg! That's why you have to drive to Graz at 10 PM! 😱😱😱

I was on call on Sunday! The practice was closed! They wanted to send me home twice to have my temperature taken. They said on the phone that it didn't necessarily have to be an emergency! My Chihuahua was very ill! It was around 10 pm by then! I had to go to the Thalerhof Animal Clinic! I think that was the better decision!

The vet was unhelpful in an emergency and very self-absorbed. She had knowledge of cats but apparently no knowledge of dogs (she recommended ceramic dishes, even though her own dog drinks from plastic bowls). She also kept her dog on a leash for extended periods. The assistants were very courteous and friendly.
