Yesterday was our first visit to the vet's office because we bought a puppy. First of all, I have to commend the lady on the phone who reassured me early that morning, telling me not to worry too much about the little guy, and even giving me an appointment for the same day. 🥰 At 5:15 pm, the time had come, and we went to the practice with our little Rambo. What can I say? From beginning to end, the treatment was superb, and the vet was very kind and, above all, friendly. We feel so well cared for, and for both us as owners and for Rambo, we couldn't imagine a better practice. We will always recommend this vet. For us, it's the best choice. Thank you so much! I'm very satisfied; the doctor and his wife were very friendly and kind to me and my puppy. They provided excellent advice and explanations, and were incredibly gentle with my little one during the examination. I'm so glad to have found such a good doctor; now I know where to go if my puppy is ever unwell again.
