The veterinarian is highly competent and has a real heart for animals. She doesn't cause them unnecessary pain and, above all, looks for alternative remedies, which in my opinion is always the better solution. The practice itself is a bit cluttered, so that's perhaps not something you should focus on too much. After all, it's about our beloved pet, and with Ms. Mertsch, you're 100% in the right place. I really appreciate the opening hours; they're very convenient for working people. We've always been satisfied and would definitely recommend her.
