The vet is professionally competent and has a heart for the animals. She doesn't hurt them unnecessarily and, above all, seeks alternative treatments, which, in my opinion, is always the better solution. The practice is a bit cluttered, so perhaps that shouldn't be the main focus. After all, we're talking about our beloved pet, and Ms. Mertsch is 100% the right person for that. I really like the opening hours; they're very employee-friendly. We've always been satisfied and would definitely recommend her.
