I visited this veterinary practice for the first time today and I'm truly impressed. Despite the short notice, they saw me the same day. The entire team was very friendly, competent, and took plenty of time for me. My dog ​​and I felt completely at ease. I can wholeheartedly recommend this practice! I appreciate the highly professional and dedicated care my own pets receive, and I also find both veterinarians to be exceptionally empathetic and committed with other pet owners and their animals. They always strive to find the best solution and, if necessary, consult their network of veterinarians and clinics, sometimes at considerable expense.

A true relaxation zone – and all this in a veterinary practice! Even on our first visit to the veterinary clinic, I immediately felt a positive atmosphere thanks to the pleasant scent of lavender and other essential oils. My rather anxious cat, Woody, seemed very relaxed even in the waiting area. The examination went very smoothly thanks to the friendly communication with Dr. Schludermann. Today's blood test, which Dr. Bernreiter and her assistant performed, was also carried out very professionally, calmly, and with great empathy. I thank the entire team for their very positive approach to the examinations, and I also greatly appreciate the time they took for a personal consultation.
