Today, a friend from Vienna brought four of my six cats to the vet in Lower Austria for the first time. I was allowed to stay with them the whole time to support my beloved pets, despite Covid-19, of course wearing a mask, using hand sanitizer, and maintaining a respectful distance. My cats seemed comfortable and none of them complained (during vaccinations, microchipping, blood tests, etc.). The vet was very calm and gentle and spent over an hour with them! Thank you for making my British Shorthairs feel so good, and I'm happy to make the approximately 40-minute drive again.
We took our American Akita girl to Mr. Claus Angerer for a relaxation session. He exudes calmness, and Glory clearly felt comfortable. The premises were exceptionally clean, parking was available, and there were separate waiting areas – excellent. Thank you very much.

I've been taking my dog to this veterinary practice ever since I got him. So far, I can only say positive things. The staff/veterinarians are incredibly friendly. My dog is always overjoyed when we go there; he's never shown any fear. (Well, that might also be due to my dog's personality.) That's why I continue to go there, even though I now have a longer drive. The practice is also very clean, as others have already mentioned.
Nice, friendly, clean, a bit pricey, competent, and fair. Our dog, who was just over seven years old, was scheduled to have his teeth cleaned a few weeks ago. Unfortunately, he had a rare, congenital genetic defect, malignant hyperthermia, which went undiagnosed. Tragically, he didn't survive the anesthetic gas and died on the spot. We were able to keep our loyal friend in the clinic's refrigeration unit for a while until we arranged his burial. We weren't charged a single cent for any of this.
