A very helpful doctor! If you need to use the emergency room, it's advisable to call ahead! We didn't because we forgot, and she felt a bit surprised, which is understandable! Nevertheless, the treatment was quick and straightforward, with subsequent explanations and information!

We were very pleased with our visit! We received a warm welcome as soon as we entered the practice. The veterinarian was very empathetic, took his time with us, and treated our pet with great care. He provided expert advice and was able to help us with our concerns. We felt we were in excellent hands and will gladly return. Highly recommended!

Absolutely not recommended. Her hands were shaky, and the owner had to provide significant support. Ultimately, the wound became severely infected, requiring another emergency operation. Of course, not with her.

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend her! Dr. Lautner came to our home as a substitute for another veterinarian, as we had to say goodbye to our beloved cat. She lacked empathy, and the farewell was a traumatic experience for us! We weren't prepared for him to experience pain and vomiting during the sedation injection! We especially missed empathy and understanding for our sad situation!
