They explained everything very thoroughly and did their utmost to ensure the well-being of the animals. Furthermore, I would like to say that doctors of any kind are human and can only do their best, and that is exactly what Dr. Yildirim and his assistant did. I've been bringing my cats to this veterinary practice for years, and we've always received such kind and expert help. You can tell every time how much he cares about the animals' well-being, and he's always happy to answer any questions. I wouldn't entrust my animals to any other veterinarian now.

We took our 14-year-old dog to this veterinary practice for emergency care, and I can only say: I have rarely experienced such humanity, compassion, and professionalism. Dr. Yildirim was there immediately that Sunday evening, didn't keep us waiting, and cared for our dog with incredible love from the very beginning. Even in the days that followed, Dr. Yildirim and his veterinary assistant continued to support us, offered encouragement, and never made us feel alone. Unfortunately, we ultimately had to let our dog go. But even in this most difficult moment, the veterinarian and his assistant were incredibly empathetic, patient, and respectful. They gave us time to say goodbye, even beyond their official working hours, and never once rushed us. I have never felt so well cared for in any other practice. These people don't just do their job well—they live it with their hearts. A veterinary practice that I can recommend wholeheartedly. Thank you so much for everything. 🤍🐾🙏

Yesterday I took my cat to the vet for minor treatment of an infected wound under his ear. Unfortunately, my usual vet wasn't there, so I went to Neresheim. The treatment itself was good, no doubt... but when it came time to pay, I was shocked. I paid more than double what I would have at my other vet for the same medication! 😱😱 €180... I was shocked. The price-performance ratio is completely off, sorry. I won't be going back there. 😱😱

Many, many thanks to Mr. Yildirim. He treated my dog ​​in an emergency before 10 p.m. and was very friendly and understanding. After many bad experiences with veterinarians, this visit was a nice change. I highly recommend him. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
