Since yesterday, he's also been our puppy's vet, and despite having just received his five-in-one vaccination, the puppy happily and not at all afraid ran to him afterward. Dr. Yildirim was there immediately that Sunday evening, didn't keep us waiting, and cared for our dog with incredible love from the very beginning. Even in the days that followed, Dr. Yildirim and his veterinary assistant continued to support us, offered encouragement, and never made us feel alone. Unfortunately, we ultimately had to let our dog go. But even in this most difficult moment, the veterinarian and his assistant were incredibly empathetic, patient, and respectful. They gave us time to say goodbye, even beyond their official working hours, and never once rushed us. I have never felt so well cared for in any other practice.
