Reviews
Super nice and friendly group !!! Fair price ! Love it being an all female team and always felt so warm and supportive. My cat visited here ever since she was born, she did her vaccinations, body checks and castration surgery and in the whole experience everything was perfect! 1000% recommend
I can only recommend them. The staff is professional, kind and empathic. They have been taking care of 3 of our cats since a couple of years now and the experience has been always positive. Excellent attention and reasonably priced.
👎👎 I brought my cat in for a routine neutering procedure, and the experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing. They sedated her and shaved her, yet somehow claimed they could not complete the operation because she “wouldn’t fall asleep.” I was still charged for the drugs, which is unacceptable, especially since their inability to handle the situation is not my responsibility. What makes this even more baffling is that the very next week I took my cat to another nearby veterinarian, who performed the same procedure using the same type of injection without any issues. It was quick, straightforward, and nowhere near as complicated or risky as this clinic made it sound. This was a stressful experience for both my cat and me, made worse by poor communication and a lack of transparency. They never clearly explained alternative options or what would happen if the sedation failed yet still charged me anyway.
Those are incredible, hardworking women who truly love animals. I have several animals and they all got amazing care in their clinic. They always take the time to answer all of my questions and explain every situation. Their test are very thorough and their prices are more than fair. Cannot recommend enough.
My cat was a patient for several years. I was always satisfied with their work. Today my cat came home with a severe injury. The answer of the woman behind the desk was icould come tomorrow. After going to another docror he found out that it was absolutely needed to treat my cat to prevent an amputation. I guess that was just an unqualified person but i will not come back.
