It was very convenient to choose felmo as they Provide home visits, I booked appointment for my Cat's Vaccination and checkup it went very well, although i was a bit disappointed because first appointment was delayed without informing me but then they rescheduled it and everything went very smooth after that. Please with felmo ALWAYS ASK FOR PRICES ON EVERYTHING. I am going to be very honest The vet was really nice and she really really cared about my cat. The job was done well , the vets speak English and German, the customer care is incredibly nice and things are easy . In general I would recommend felmo for people with money to spend. However. And this is a massive however. They will charge you for everything. No matter what you were quoted on the phone. No matter how cheap the prices seem at first. Once you book ask for EVERY little thing they do and how much it will cost! If they make it look like they are giving you something for free-NO they are NOT. If they say they will just leave something with you. No they won’t. Ask how much it will cost. If you get an explanation or an extra look from the vet at your pet. Expect that to cost around 33 &46 extra euro. My bill was incredibly massive. I understand that everything was done based on GOT prices and protocol but there were things I didn’t know were happening. If labs are being taken ask how many and how much they will cost. Please. My quote over the phone was 200 and I ended up paying almost 500 without warning. Be careful. Below is my price list for things so you can compare. For context, my situation was a 6 month old peaceful cat in heat, who has been eating/ biting/ licking her own leg into oblivion. This sort of “surprise” made me incredibly angry and heartbroken. This has led to so much financial and mental stress I took early medical leave.

I just loved the way the vet treated my little sick Morgana! She was very considerate, competent, empathetic, and she explained every step of the treatment and answer all my questions. In addition, having the vet coming to my house spared me commuting and waiting time. Highly recommended!!

Sagi was great with my cat. I informed that I didn't speak German and he did the consultation in English. He was very attentive, careful and clear about everything he was doing or needed to do. I can really recommend his services.
