I can just say amazing things about this clinic. They have a very nice staff, but Roman specifically is one of the best vets we ever had - professional, super patient, understanding and knowledgeable. One of our cats always struggles when going to the vet and can be very aggressive, but Roman never had any problem treating him at all. We take all our cats to them for years now and are very happy with them.

Our dog, Tita, was attacked by a Pit Bull. Fortunately, the entire veterinary team responded exceptionally well—and very quickly. Everyone was incredibly gentle, kind, and professional during what was a very difficult and stressful time. Thank you so much 🙌🏼🐶

Super nice and fun doctors and nurses, they made a lot of jokes and kept our spirit high. Our dog ate chocolate and when they heard how much he ate they rushed and did all the procedures super fast, he got throw up injections and absorbents and we paid just 180€, it’s such a reasonable price for such a high quality service! Everyone was very polite and smiling, I hope the business takes good care of personnel, they are exceptional!

I had a mixed experience during my recent visit. Although we arrived on time for our appointment, we were asked to wait outside for over 40 minutes because our dog was restless. While I understand the need to keep the waiting area calm, a 40-minute wait outside was quite difficult for us. I hope the team can look into better managing appointment flow to avoid such long waits, especially when weather or pet stress is a factor

Very good vets but the waiting times are unfortunately unbearable...1-2h waiting time even with appointments are normal here. Been 4-5 times, each time at least 1h waiting, often up to 2h...
