We just moved from Würselen to Geilenkirchen and were looking for a new vet for our British Shorthair. Today we went to the practice for the first time. We chose this one because it's closest to our home. It was the perfect choice. Everyone was very friendly and, most importantly, wonderful with Lilly. They took plenty of time and answered all our questions thoroughly. The premises, with a separate area just for cats, are absolutely fantastic; I've never seen anything like it. Lilly has never been so relaxed after a vet visit. We've definitely found a new vet! ❤️

Five stars aren't enough. Our veterinarian always treated Luna with the utmost care, calm, and compassion. She is by far the most empathetic and friendly veterinarian I have encountered in my 35 years as a pet owner. When Luna's time came, she even came to our home so that Luna could pass away peacefully without stress, fear, or commotion. This final visit wasn't just professional—it was truly humane. As a special keepsake, she incorporated Luna's fur into a beautiful paw print photo. A small detail that means so much to me and shows how much heart she puts into her work. The practice is also nicely separated for cats and dogs. The opening hours are convenient even for working people. I am so grateful for the excellent care and will definitely continue to take my other cats to this practice. Thank you for everything. For me, she is the best veterinarian anyone could wish for. Highly recommended.

Due to an accident in the stable involving my dachshund Felix, we urgently needed a veterinarian in the area. Upon calling, I was assured that I could come in that day. Upon entering the practice on the first floor (accessible via elevator for people with mobility issues), we received a very warm welcome and were showered with treats, love, and petting (in this case, only the dog). After a quick check of his hind legs by the veterinarian (and several more treats, etc.), everything was fine, so we could head home with peace of mind (and a new toy (see photo)). We will definitely take advantage of the offer to drop by again for more treats sometime. I'd be surprised if Felix had any objections. In short: A fantastic practice with animal-loving staff.
