Such a wonderful team!! Yesterday, after our dog had been suffering from a stomach bug for over a week and then developed a fever, we went to the veterinary practice. The team dedicated so much time, energy, and loving presence to us; I was so touched by how much the vet and the veterinary assistant cared for him. I really don't want to go anywhere else. The vet did everything she could to find out what might be wrong with Hoppe. In the process, they discovered something rather by chance that will probably save his life. Incredibly kind, and even after working far too many hours and long after closing time, everyone was still calm and took their time. The staff loves animals; you can tell every second. Absolutely fantastic!

A huge thank you to the veterinary practice and Ms. Zschinsky! Last weekend, we had to have our 11-year-old Bernese Mountain Dog, Ayla, euthanized after a long illness. We had previously contacted several veterinarians, asking if anyone would be willing to come to our home to euthanize Ayla in her familiar surroundings and to see her one last time. Out of about ten calls, Ms. Zschinsky was the only one who responded. I must say, we have never experienced such a compassionate veterinarian. Everything was explained calmly and clearly, step by step. Since the pain was already immense, her calm and empathetic manner was a great help to us. We felt incredibly well cared for. We would like to express our sincere gratitude. Thank you so much for agreeing to come to our home on Sunday and support us through this difficult time. Thank you so much, Ms. Zschinsky.
