Tierarztpraxis Poenicke

Very friendly service and very good interaction with dogs.

A very caring veterinarian with a fantastic team. With great patience and love for animals, she saved our cat Bob's eye, something that would have required a four-figure surgery at other practices. Simply a wonderful practice with a great understanding of animals and their owners. Many thanks on behalf of the entire Dorsch family.

We visited the Pönicke veterinary practice in Waldenburg again today with our dog. The team and the veterinarian were very friendly and, as always, took competent, careful, and attentive care of our Conrad. This practice is highly recommended!

Never again!!! I was treated extremely rudely and aggressively by Ms. Poenicke. She displayed such blatant bias towards the person responsible for the damage that, after a biting incident in which three fighting dogs (whose owner couldn't control them) attacked my small dog, she refused to give me, the injured party, the documentation from her employed veterinarian from the day of the incident, which I needed to file a police report. This behavior is absolutely unacceptable and incomprehensible!!! I blame Ms. Poenicke's inappropriate, hysterical, and biased behavior, not the employed veterinarian, who behaved and documented everything perfectly. The owner doesn't want to release this documentation, and as a customer, I can't change that and have to accept it. However, I don't want to have to do this in the future...

A super competent, incredibly kind, and loving veterinarian with a wonderful team! Always ready to listen and takes amazing care of the animals! We are very satisfied.
