Reviews
A friendly and competent veterinarian. He not only understands animals but also their owners. He remembers the animals and their personalities and knows exactly how to handle them. He has always helped my dog and given me lots of advice. I highly recommend this practice.
He's a good doctor in principle. It's just that his receptionist is very unpleasant. We stood outside for half an hour again today and there was no one there. Opening hours are simply ignored. You can't do that in this heat. There wasn't even a sign on the door. So we left. This has happened to us several times before.
Even one star is too much. He's unreachable by phone during on-call hours, whether landline or mobile. We tried countless times to reach him because our dog was dying. We asked for a callback, which hasn't happened to this day. Our dog had to suffer for several more hours until we finally reached a vet in Zwickau who put him down. This vet shouldn't be listed in the newspaper as an on-call doctor, because he's never available.
How is it possible that someone on call doesn't answer the phone or mobile? I had to take my pet to the veterinary clinic because of this, which cost about three times as much. So if you don't want to be on call, you should hand your pet over to someone else.
I'm very satisfied and there was no hours-long wait like with other vets 😉. Very nice doctor.
