Even one star is too much. He's unreachable by phone during on-call hours, whether landline or mobile. We tried countless times to reach him because our dog was dying. We asked for a callback, which hasn't happened to this day. Our dog had to suffer for several more hours until we finally reached a vet in Zwickau who put him down. This vet shouldn't be listed in the newspaper as an on-call doctor, because he's never available.

How is it possible that someone on call doesn't answer the phone or mobile? I had to take my pet to the veterinary clinic because of this, which cost about three times as much. So if you don't want to be on call, you should hand your pet over to someone else.

He's actually a good doctor. His assistant is just very unpleasant. We stood at the door for half an hour again today, and no one was there. Opening hours are simply not being adhered to. In these temperatures, that's impossible. There wasn't even a note on the door. We left. This has happened to us several times before.
