Reviews
We are absolutely thrilled with the care provided by Dr. Meisinger! He is doing a fantastic job with our cat, Stromie. The medical quality is impeccable and completely professional, but what truly sets him apart is his warm and caring nature. You never feel like you're just being processed by him. Dr. Meisinger always takes the necessary time, is incredibly empathetic, and caters to each animal individually. You can tell he is passionate about his work. Thank you so much for your wonderful support!
We brought our dog to the clinic today as an emergency. From reception to the veterinarians, we were completely satisfied. There was no long wait, and our dog received excellent care immediately. We were thoroughly informed about every step, and all our questions were patiently answered. Considering the number of tests and medications, the treatment costs were very reasonable, and they truly did everything they could to help our dog get better quickly. I'm so grateful that our dog is already feeling a bit better. A big thank you to the entire clinic team!
Extremely unfriendly staff, no greeting or anything similar. Waiting 30 minutes for an emergency was a disaster. The waiting area was filthy. A fortune for no diagnosis. Any clue? No way.
My cat has been there twice in four years as an emergency because his diabetes has escalated. The vets and staff are all dedicated to Charlie's well-being and have cared for him lovingly. He spent a few nights there each time under observation and was nursed back to health. Yes, a veterinary clinic costs money, but at a family doctor, you pay a similar amount, if not more! And when some people write that you have to state upfront how much you're willing to pay... there are certainly good reasons why the clinic protects itself this way and doesn't have to chase after its money.
Yesterday morning (New Year's Eve), I took my dog to this clinic as an emergency. Beforehand, I called the Thuringian emergency vet service and was cut off twice. All the other vets in my area were closed, and I was starting to panic. Then a friend told me about this clinic, so I called their emergency number – and without any hesitation, they told me to come in. Upon arrival, we were seen immediately. Preliminary examination, consultation, surgery. Everything was explained in detail, including the medication I would need to give him afterward at home. The staff and the attending vet were very kind, professional, and empathetic with my dog, who was in pain. Follow-up care for the wound will also take place in Crimmitschau. They also offered to write a referral to my regular vet. We certainly disrupted the clinic's daily routine. Several pet owners after me had to wait because an emergency (my dog) came up first. But at no point did I feel uncomfortable. I am simply incredibly grateful that my dog received such quick help yesterday. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU! 100% recommendation.
