We have been taking our German Shepherd to Dr. Meisinger's Small Animal Clinic for several years and feel completely at ease there. Three years ago, our Shepherd underwent emergency surgery for acute gastric torsion – an absolute emergency for us. The treatment, care, and medical attention we received at the time were entirely satisfactory from beginning to end. We remain incredibly grateful for that. Today, we were at the clinic again in a very emotionally difficult situation, as we had to discuss euthanasia. It is precisely in moments like these that you realize how important humanity and empathy are. We would particularly like to emphasize the positive and respectful communication between the vet and owner. You feel taken seriously, understood, and very well supported – without pressure, but with honest and expert assessments. We are all the more grateful that we were able to find a good solution together for both animal and owner, and that our Shepherd can now enjoy a few more happy months with us. Many thanks to the entire team for the wonderful care, the expertise, and above all, the compassion during difficult times.

We arrived at the clinic on Saturday via referral from the emergency veterinary service. From reception and admission to a major procedure and discharge, everything was absolutely perfect. The team was approachable and communicative, patiently answered all our questions, helped my dog, and even called before the follow-up appointment to check on his well-being. We are incredibly grateful! Our cat had torn his Achilles tendon and the muscles in his right hind leg. We had to travel 140 km to get him to the vet. Every kilometer was worth it. He was hospitalized for five days, and we received excellent care during that time. The entire team was incredibly friendly; we could call every day and they patiently kept us updated on his condition. The vets are not only highly skilled but also wonderful people. The entire team was extremely knowledgeable and, at the same time, very empathetic and sensitive in their handling of my pet.
