Dr. Schubert is by far the best veterinarian I know. For him, the animal's well-being always comes first. He takes his time, explains everything clearly, and is honest in his assessments. You can immediately tell that he truly cares about animals and that he makes every decision with a great deal of experience and responsibility. He was always there for us during a very difficult time, supporting us, advising us, and doing everything that was medically appropriate and in the best interest of our 10-week-old Lotti. I never felt that it was about money – but always about what was best for the animal. His professional competence, his humanity, and his care are exceptional. Even in a very emotionally challenging situation, he supported us with great compassion. Thank you so much for the outstanding care. Out of necessity, we took our 19-year-old cat to Dr. Schubert for the first time this weekend. He was recommended to us by friends. He is truly a very empathetic, friendly, and competent veterinarian. He took a lot of time for us and our cat. You can immediately tell that he does everything with heart and for the animals. Unfortunately, after 19 years, we had to say goodbye to our cat, but Dr. Schubert made this sad moment as comfortable as possible for both her and us, and we are very grateful to him for that. My partner has been going to Mr. Schubert for years. At Christmas, our cat was hit by a car, and he offered to give up his Christmas with his family for us! That shows an incredible love for animals. However, since we live an hour away and we suspected internal bleeding, he advised us to quickly find a veterinary clinic closer to home. This week, we brought him a hand-raised, three-week-old kitten with a badly injured tail, having been found in the wild without its mother. Mr. Schubert was honest and spoke up for the animal, explaining that it would only suffer, and he euthanized it. Mr. Schubert is truly extremely animal-welfare-oriented and always available by phone. Because he practices alone and also performs surgeries, he can sometimes seem a bit curt. In short: Highly recommended!
