Very good
We had to rush to the vet's office Saturday evening as an emergency, but sadly, there was nothing more they could do for our beloved Berthold 😞 We received excellent care, but I still haven't come to terms with the decision to euthanize him. It's still so hard for me to grasp that my dog is no longer with me. After so many years, we had such a strong bond, and Berthold knew what was wrong just by looking at me. I miss him terribly. I wish the vet's office all the best for the future.
A truly wonderful, empathetic team 😍 Everyone listens to my concerns, lovingly cares for my somewhat challenging dogs, and always works with us to find a way to make the treatment as stress-free and safe as possible for everyone involved. A huge thank you to everyone 🤩
On the night of June 19th/20th, 2026, the practice was on call according to the hotline. When I called at 6:39 a.m. on June 20th, 2026, a veterinarian told me on the phone that it would take her an hour to get to the practice (which would be 7:39 a.m. according to my calculations) and that the on-call shift would change at 8:00 a.m. (to Dr. Rohmer in Meerane), so it wasn't worth it anymore. This is completely unacceptable, especially since she was repeatedly assured that we would, of course, pay the on-call fees. Not recommended; a report has been filed with the veterinary association. The principle is simple: if you don't want to offer on-call services, don't offer them.
Amazing people
