We returned to this practice after an emergency involving our tomcat. Even in the emergency room, the vet was extremely friendly and kind to my cats and was able to help us immediately with painkillers and other treatments. After that, we decided to switch to this practice, as we had been looking for a new vet for some time. After two more follow-up visits, I'm still very satisfied. Our vet is still very empathetic, friendly, and loving towards our boys, who probably didn't have it so easy back then. She's always willing to listen, appointments are quick, and helpful tips are offered. Furthermore, everything is explained in detail and carried out with the animal's well-being in mind. We took our Chihuahua to the vet today, unfortunately without an appointment. The little guy wasn't feeling well. We got in without any problems. He was examined, prescribed medication, and given advice. The vet was very nice, gave us excellent advice, and was very gentle with our energetic dog. The prices aren't excessively expensive either; everyone has their own opinion, of course. Great practice, keep it up! 👍

We've been coming to the practice with our dog for three years now and have always been treated very kindly. The way we handle our very anxious dog is also excellent. They always try to avoid any additional stress for him. The doctors and staff take their time and answer all our questions to our complete satisfaction. We feel very well looked after.

We had to rush to the vet's office Saturday evening as an emergency, but sadly, there was nothing more they could do for our beloved Berthold 😞 We received excellent care, but I still haven't come to terms with the decision to euthanize him. It's still so hard for me to grasp that my dog ​​is no longer with me. After so many years, we had such a strong bond, and Berthold knew what was wrong just by looking at me. I miss him terribly. I wish the vet's office all the best for the future.
