Reviews
One star for friendliness. My pet received absolutely no real help. A 40-minute drive and they fobbed me off with a painkiller that cost over €200. At least there was air conditioning in the waiting room. Yes, this is how the world ends in luxury. I can't say more than that. The next day, I had to go to my own vet, and even he was shocked that they only gave the animal painkillers for such a high price! The following night was just as agonizing for the animal. I'm happy to pay more and drive several kilometers for my four-legged friend... provided my pet actually gets the help it needs, but this was pure robbery. I cannot recommend this service at all!!!!
We sadly had to say goodbye to our dog today, but I would like to thank the entire team on behalf of Peaches as well. We always felt comfortable at the practice and always received excellent advice. Thank you so much.
My two cats have been patients here for about two years. Currently, my male cat unfortunately needs to come in very often. But at every appointment, we are greeted by warm and competent staff. There's never any rush during treatment, not even late in the evening. The examinations are always carried out very gently and calmly. This also helps my cats to be less panicky. My male cat has recovered well from his stroke. And we are in excellent hands here for his other health issues as well. The practice is very modern, and the range of treatments is very diverse. Direct billing between the practice and the pet insurance company would be a nice addition. Launi and Minou say thank you to the entire team around Dr. Schöbel 😊
⭐ 1 Star The scheduling is an absolute disaster. Despite having a confirmed appointment for a simple vaccination, including a brief preliminary examination, we had to wait over an hour. The doctor and staff should be able to estimate how much time is needed for such standard appointments and plan the scheduling accordingly. Having to wait 10 or 15 minutes once is perfectly understandable. But waiting over an hour despite having an appointment is completely unacceptable. This is no way to treat your customers' time.
