Unfortunately, I am very disappointed with the service at this practice. We were already patients at the practice with our cat and simply wanted to schedule an appointment for a vaccination. For two weeks now, I have been trying unsuccessfully to get an appointment. I have been repeatedly put off and told that no appointments are available before mid-August. I found it particularly disappointing when a staff member suggested we should look for another practice because patients from two other practices had been transferred. As an existing patient, I would have at least expected an effort to find a solution or some open and respectful communication. It is understandable that long-term or existing patients can apparently no longer be seen due to capacity issues. However, I found the way this was communicated to be neither customer-oriented nor satisfactory.

We took our cat, Loui, to Dr. Barth's today as a substitute! I had called ahead, and she was able to schedule an appointment for us today, which isn't always the case. Upon arriving at the practice, we received a very warm welcome. Despite our last-minute appointment, we only had a short wait! The doctor was very professional and gentle with our cat. She truly saved my day and took the time to care for us. I would like to take this opportunity to thank her and her team most sincerely for their quick and caring assistance! Everything went as planned 😉 I highly recommend her and her team!
