Unfortunately, I have to give one star today. We've been taking our cat Balu there for three years and have always been well cared for. This past weekend, he broke/tore out a claw. He was bleeding heavily and in pain. We went to the clinic at 8:00 a.m. sharp on Monday morning (today). We were greeted rudely and told that the vets were in surgery. Treatment was only available by appointment. However, the clinic doesn't open until 8:00 a.m., and there were no other patients in the waiting room. It was just a matter of five minutes of care for his injured paw… I couldn't get a reasonable appointment later this afternoon after work either. No one will compensate me for the work time I lost today, and Balu wasn't helped at all. Thanks for nothing.
