A very friendly, calm, and empathetic vet. We had previously been to another vet who diagnosed my cat with a simple cold without paying much attention to the symptoms. However, I had a bad feeling about this diagnosis. So I went to see Mr. Auerswald. He confirmed my suspicions and did everything he could to help my cat. I won't be going to any other vet in the future.
We've been taking our guinea pigs to him for many years, and our cat for the last two. He always takes his time with his animals, and even with their owners. ♡ He's competent, friendly, and always gives helpful advice. We always enjoy going to him.
