Very friendly and fast people. The place is clean with enough capacitivity.
I took my two cats for their annual check-up and examination. I called ahead to schedule appointments. The online portal made it easy to find suitable appointments. There was no long wait. My very difficult and aggressive cat was examined in a special cage. This was much less stressful for him overall; before we moved to Crimmitschau, it often took three people to "tame" him. We hope to be back next year for their vaccinations and check-up ❤️
We took our cat to the emergency clinic for the first time at this wonderful practice. I don't know how to thank you enough for such a loving team! ❣️ They were so attentive to both the animal patients and their anxious owners.
