We brought our cat to the practice as an emergency and are very grateful for the quick and competent help. The veterinarian was exceptionally friendly and empathetic, and took plenty of time for us and our pet. It was immediately clear that the animals' well-being is their top priority. Despite the emergency situation, we were reassured, given comprehensive information, and treated with great sensitivity. I couldn't wish for better care for my two Shibas. The veterinarians are very competent and empathetic, and they limit examinations to what's necessary. :) All the veterinary assistants are always highly skilled, very empathetic, and go above and beyond what you would normally expect. I feel very well cared for at this practice.
