An incredibly wonderful practice. Whether it's the veterinarians or the other staff, everyone is always super friendly, empathetic, and solution-oriented. We've been taking our three cats there since the beginning. Every surgery, examination, or emergency has always been handled with the utmost professionalism. We were just there again today for an emergency. Thank you so much for letting us come in right away and for the loving care. We couldn't imagine a better practice for our four-legged friends.
Unfortunately, we had to use the emergency veterinary service on a Sunday. The practice is very modern and clean. The staff and the veterinarian were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!
The doctors and assistants are nice. However, the wait to check in and pay can sometimes be up to half an hour because all the consultations take place at reception. That's incredibly annoying.
