The doctors and assistants are nice. However, the wait to check in and pay can sometimes be up to half an hour because all the consultations take place at reception. That's incredibly annoying.

I was completely satisfied with my dog's visit to the vet, Dr. Böhme. Her explanations were very good and helpful, and the staff was very kind and friendly. I highly recommend this vet to anyone whose pet has problems and will receive the best help. 🤗🍀

Empathetic, friendly, attentive to the animal, honest! This is what immediately comes to mind after we visited there with our problem dog. The long and detailed examination, sometimes involving two doctors (!), unfortunately didn't yield a good result. To be honest, we weren't given much hope – the therapy we requested unfortunately didn't bring any improvement for our 11-year-old Appenzell dog. And so, with a heavy heart, we had to let him go, and the practice team supported us with sensitivity. Definitely a 100% recommendation!
