Ms. Prell has known our Golden Retriever, Benny, since day one and has been managing our "problem child" wonderfully for 15 years now. Since he, unlike our other dogs, is a real sweetheart but also a bit of a "Monday dog" (a dog with a tendency to have bad days), I am incredibly grateful that she, with her calm demeanor, expertise, and composure, has always been able to help us so effectively, even with the umpteenth hotspot, recurring stomach problems, or the minor ailments of old age that are now appearing at 15. In these 15 years, I have never felt ripped off; she has always listened attentively and always given me excellent advice. I can wholeheartedly recommend Ms. Prell!

We take all our animals to Dr. Henle and are really satisfied! He always takes plenty of time, and if he's ever unsure about something, he refers you to a specialist instead of performing expensive, unnecessary treatments. His value for money is unbeatable!
