Reviews
Super Team!
Very good vet, knowledgeable and takes her time to answer all of your questions.
I had my two cats neutered here and felt incredibly well cared for from the very beginning. Before the procedure, I was thoroughly informed about the process and the costs, all my concerns were taken seriously, and I felt that my cats were in the best possible hands. Even when one of my cats later developed swelling due to the sutures, I was able to drop in without any problems and was seen immediately. I always felt that my cats were in perfect hands. Although I live in Nuremberg, I deliberately choose to go here because I haven't felt so well cared for at any other practice. Many thanks to the entire team!
My cat had emergency dental surgery. The entire staff was incredibly empathetic, and my cat received excellent care. The surgery went smoothly. I was thoroughly informed beforehand. Afterwards, I was given pain medication and antibiotics. I can highly recommend this veterinary practice, especially for their dental work.
Unfortunately, I am disappointed with the treatment my cat received. Despite the suspicion of a more serious illness, in my opinion, important areas (e.g., lungs/chest) were not adequately examined during the X-ray. Another veterinarian later identified abnormalities on the same images that hadn't been mentioned previously. Everything was supposedly fine... My cat then died a few weeks ago on the way to an emergency veterinary clinic... Furthermore, I felt the treating veterinarians showed very little empathy – in contrast to the friendly staff. Looking back, I wish the diagnostic workup had been more thorough (even though it's not always easy) and would recommend that other pet owners seek veterinary care early if they suspect something serious.
