I was billed €32 for an unsolicited and non-cancellable two-minute examination – quite an achievement! Now I know what I'm going to do for a living in my next life...

I think the appointment system introduced due to Covid is great. No more long waiting times. As always, my dog and I felt well taken care of. Thank you very much.

We were on vacation, and unfortunately, our dog got sick (ear pain). Booking the appointment went smoothly. We entered all the pet and owner information online beforehand, but at the vet's office, we still had to fill everything out in writing. No matter—the main thing is that the animal gets help. After a rather long wait—as I said, despite having booked an appointment—the treatment lasted a whole five minutes. I told the vet which medication we needed, as our dog had been treated with it before and it always worked. So the vet found it and handed it to me. Then came the real joke... the bill: An examination/consultation (nothing was actually examined on my pet, absolutely nothing) for over 30 euros, plus an extra—a thorough clinical examination of the ENT area (just a quick look in the ears) combined with a brief ear cleaning with solution... yes—three items, which were billed at a total of 73 euros. Yes, I understand the need for fee schedules, etc. But then please be transparent beforehand about what to expect and actually provide the service being billed for, not just write it down. The medication cost €19, €93 for the 5-minute treatment. Definitely extortion and not recommended.

This is what a veterinary practice should be like! Small but excellent, with highly competent and empathetic veterinarians and nurses. Our cats both hate going to the vet, but as soon as they're in the examination room, they become completely calm. Even the most difficult procedures, like removing a three-centimeter-long foxtail from their eye, are handled expertly and without stress. We are very grateful for this wonderful team, as well as their colleagues at the Waren Animal Clinic, where we've also sought help in urgent emergencies.
