Despite being a small animal veterinarian, Ms. Rauser was able to help us with our tortoise. It had been bitten by the neighbor's dog and had bleeding wounds on its shell. She was able to help us very effectively.
A very friendly vet. Empathetic, calm, and patient. We were here on holiday. Our Malinois mix had ear problems, so we went to the vet while on vacation. Ms. Rauser helped us tremendously. The next day, it was already much better. Best regards from Frankfurt/Main (now back) and many thanks.
On April 23, 2026, we had an emergency with our Bolonka, Pepe, while on vacation. We received quick and uncomplicated help, even though the practice team was about to go on their lunch break. In addition to answering all our questions, we received very thorough advice. We highly recommend Dr. Rauser and her team.
I ended up at this practice with my cat on a recommendation. Yesterday he had a much-needed dental cleaning. We feel so well cared for. Everyone is so lovely, and you can tell they really care about the animals. I found the price completely reasonable and very fair. Without insurance, something like this costs a pretty penny 😉.
