What is the procedure in the event of a veterinary emergency?

During regular consultation hours, the team is of course available for emergencies without prior appointment. However, we kindly ask that you briefly announce acute cases by phone whenever possible so the practice can prepare optimally.

Where is the practice located and what are the parking options?

The practice is located at Waldstraße 13 in 9170 Ferlach. Parking facilities are available directly on site.

Do you also offer home visits for pets?

Alongside comprehensive care at the practice, the team also offers home visits upon request. Since these require additional time and travel, these visits are billed according to a specific tariff.

How does billing work and what payment methods are available?

Billing is handled transparently based on the veterinary fee schedule for Carinthia and the applicable medication price list. Payment can be made directly on site afterwards in cash or by debit card.

The staff was friendly, but unfortunately, we were very dissatisfied overall. We only wanted a cost estimate – our dog wasn't examined. Nevertheless, we had to pay €36 just for the estimate. We feel this is unreasonable. Compared to other veterinary practices, the prices here are significantly higher. Despite the friendly staff, we will not be returning to this practice and will not recommend it to others.
