We are completely satisfied with this veterinary practice. Appointments are quick and easy to get, which is incredibly reassuring, especially in urgent situations. We first came here at the beginning of last year on a recommendation – and unfortunately, due to our dog's health problems, we had to visit the practice several times within a year. Each time, we received competent, thorough, and, above all, very empathetic advice. It's clear that Mr. Roux prioritizes the health and well-being of the animal. He takes his time, explains things clearly, and treats both animals and their owners with great empathy. We particularly appreciate that you can feel the genuine passion for their work – not for financial reasons, but out of conviction and love for their profession. We feel very well cared for here and wholeheartedly recommend this practice.
