Unreserved recommendation!!! I finally have to say it, even though thankfully there have only been a few occasions in almost 20 years. Both Dr. Faulstich and Dr. Klaus always provided us with empathetic care, highly competent advice, and the horses received the best possible medical treatment and grooming! You hope you never need it, but if you do – then Seeburg it is! 👌☘️🐴👋
I highly recommend this clinic! The team is incredibly knowledgeable, dedicated, and always puts the horse's well-being first. The modern facilities and outstanding standard of care are impressive and provide owners with real peace of mind. I am especially grateful for the opportunity to communicate freely in Polish. I took my horse to the Seeburg Equine Clinic for a lameness diagnosis at the beginning of April. Scheduling the appointment was quite flexible, and the woman on the phone was very friendly. The examination was performed by Dr. Heinemann, and I would like to emphasize that I was very satisfied with her work and advice. The results were available very quickly; I was truly impressed, and we were able to leave much sooner than expected. But then the bill arrived, and I must say, I've never experienced anything like it in almost 15 years. For a total of one hour of treatment, there were two A4 pages of itemized charges. Everything, absolutely everything, every single swab, was billed at prices that make your head spin. A pair of surgical gloves cost €5 gross, to give just one example. Two clippings at €50 each, one of which was only about 3x4 cm, just for taking blood samples. And it goes on like this. I'm sorry, but I consider this a rip-off. There are certainly internal guidelines, but for me, that has nothing to do with fair billing anymore. It's a real shame that my very positive impression of the place has been so permanently tarnished.
