Reviews
Really nice and caring personal
Very responsive and qualified staff. These are the specialists I trust with my cats' health
I was super impressed with the vet. The vet was very confident while handling my cat. The whole process was very efficiently done and everyone in the team was very nice & kind!
Professional and friendly service. The veterinarian and the staff can also communicate in English. My cat stayed at their cat hotel twice before, and is going to stay there for the third time soon. I really like the interiors of the cat hotel without much of fabric-material furniture, which keeps the environment hygienic!! I’ve taken my cat to ANOTHER cat hotel before, where they had several pieces of fabric-material furniture with obvious cat pee smell, my cat was shocked immediately, when we picked him up 9 days later the hotel owner said our cat had been hiding under the couch the whole time in the first room. It took several days to get rid of the pee smell on his fur, so sad.
The veterinarian speaks fluent English, which I greatly appreciate.
