A fantastic vet and super friendly assistants! They're also open on weekends from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Thank you so much for sacrificing your weekend for our furry friends; I really appreciate that!! The price/performance ratio is 100% spot on. They take plenty of time to explain everything. Especially with an Irish Wolfhound, it's important that she enjoys going there, otherwise her owner will have a problem 🤣.
Very friendly and understanding. We didn’t have an appointment but were allowed to come in anyway. They charge standard prices but don’t try to scam you with extras. We were with a different clinic before where we were charged for every little thing, reading out the chip at each visit, every little snack, the conversation was considered consultation with a heavy price tag. We never left there with less than 250 Euros. At the Haveldüne they would never do that. Our dog actually loves to go there.
I've taken my cat to the Katzenpension here a few times over the years and he's always well looked after. Last December was the first Christmas my cat and I had spent apart so I'm really grateful that the staff at Tierpraxis Haveldüne made sure he could play with his present whilst I was abroad. The staff I've encountered speak German and good English. They seem very knowledgeable about animals, they're really friendly and easy to reach via email or over the phone. I only wish they weren't so far away from Mitte (though I'm sure the pets love the quiet suburbs)! I'd definitely recommend them to others
Our dogs have been receiving excellent care here for years. The practice team is friendly and competent. Parking is available in front of the practice. There are no long waiting times. No unnecessary and expensive treatments are performed. Payment is conveniently possible with a debit card. Highly recommended!
185 euros for euthanizing an old cat, mind you, without "animal disposal." A maximum of 10-15 minutes of staff time plus the two usual injections. On a normal weekday. I didn't actually want to write a review, but everyone I knew was also appalled by this price.
