We visited the practice for the first time with Boomer, our 13-year-old dog with a heart condition. The warm welcome was immediately noticeable. Both veterinarians were incredibly attentive, taking ample time for the examination and patiently listening to our concerns. We received helpful advice and sound recommendations. We feel our senior dog is in excellent hands. Many thanks to the entire practice team!

My dog was treated with great dedication and passion – I would like to express my sincere thanks! A practice you can entrust your pet to with complete peace of mind.

A fantastic veterinary practice where we've been taking our dog Ralf for almost three years – and we're always very satisfied. The team is professional, friendly, empathetic, and treats the animals with loving care. Treatments are carried out carefully and competently, and medications are only prescribed when absolutely necessary. The prices are fair, and the atmosphere is always pleasant. Ralf feels comfortable here and is completely relaxed during his visits – that says it all. Thank you so much for the wonderful work!

I had a truly awful experience. My cat had a wound, and I was given some medication. I politely asked what the medication was for, but they seemed annoyed by my questions and made it clear that I should just take the medication and leave without asking any more questions. I was actually looking for a new vet when my cat had an emergency; he had stopped eating. I kept going back, and after four days of him not eating, the vet, "because they didn't know what to do before," ordered a blood test. When the results came back negative, the vet gave me a huge bill and said she didn't know what else to do. I immediately found a new vet who, after the initial examination, discovered he simply had worms and was able to treat him very quickly. It was a truly terrible experience and a horrible time for me because of how they treated me and the feeling of helplessness.

I am truly appalled by the way things went at this veterinary practice. My cat was neutered here, and even the pickup was extremely worrying. When they picked him up, there was visible blood pooling on the table. At that moment, we were asked to leave the room. A few minutes later, the animal was simply handed back to us without a clear explanation of what had happened or how his condition should be assessed. When I picked him up, my cat was still heavily anesthetized, barely responsive, and showing no normal reactions. Despite this, he was discharged without adequate monitoring and without any clear explanation of the risks or necessary aftercare. That same day, his condition deteriorated significantly (apathy, vomiting), so I had to take him to another veterinary practice. There, he was stabilized with IV fluids and medication, among other things. I seriously question how an animal can be discharged in such a condition and why there was no transparent communication in such an obviously critical situation. I have reported the incident to the relevant veterinary association for review.
