Reviews
My dog was diagnosed with Addison's disease in 2017, and thanks to good treatment, he is now 12 1/2 years old, and we enjoy every day. We feel well cared for.
I took my new kitten to this vet clinic for the first time today, and to be honest, I'm quite disappointed. I had imagined my first vet visit would be completely different. My cat was understandably very anxious, hissing and scratching – which is perfectly normal in a new environment. There was also a large dog in the examination room, and it's no secret that cats aren't comfortable in such a situation. Instead of handling the situation calmly and professionally, the vet told me they didn't treat animals like that. This really bothered me; I expect a vet clinic to be able to handle anxious or stressed animals. In addition, I found some of the vet's questions very inappropriate, including asking me who would get such an animal. I found that disrespectful and, frankly, I was speechless at the time. (However, I would like to commend the rest of the staff – everyone I interacted with was very friendly and helpful.) Overall, I unfortunately didn't feel well taken care of and would have appreciated significantly more understanding and professionalism.
I can wholeheartedly recommend this veterinary practice! I've been bringing my cat here for years, and I couldn't be happier. The waiting times are always short, which saves me, as a pet owner, a lot of stress. I'm particularly impressed by the friendly manner of the entire team. You immediately feel welcome and in good hands. The veterinarians' expertise is outstanding – they take the time to answer all questions and explain the treatment steps in detail. I'm so grateful to have found such a wonderful veterinary practice where the animals' well-being is the top priority. Thank you so much for the excellent care! 5 STARS!!!
A very nice team. A veterinarian who gives excellent advice and is financially affordable.
For me, absolutely the best veterinarian in Berlin! Highly recommended.
