Unfortunately, a very bad experience – not recommended. I took my cats to this practice for neutering – unfortunately, without being able to speak with the veterinarian beforehand. Even when I picked them up, no real conversation was offered. The animals were handed over to me asleep, with a brief explanation of the operation, and that was it. As a pet owner, I found this neither trustworthy nor professional. What particularly disappointed me was the way my mother and her dog, who has cancer, were treated. After the dog showed severe side effects from an antibiotic administered there, she was turned away from the practice, even though she desperately needed help. No support or further advice was offered. In my opinion, such behavior is absolutely unacceptable for a veterinary practice. On a positive note, the assistants were consistently friendly and helpful, but that alone is unfortunately not enough when the treating veterinarian lacks professional competence and empathy. I can wholeheartedly recommend this veterinary practice! I've been bringing my cat here for years, and I couldn't be happier. The waiting times are always short, which saves me, as a pet owner, a lot of stress. I'm particularly impressed by the friendly manner of the entire team. You immediately feel welcome and in good hands. The veterinarians' expertise is outstanding – they take the time to answer all questions and explain the treatment steps in detail. The assistants are incredibly kind and empathetic. The veterinarian is competent and focused on the animal; I personally appreciate the lack of small talk. Especially worth mentioning: I even received help via email outside of opening hours! My cat had an allergic reaction to a medication while I was at home, so I went to an animal hospital and didn't know what medication had been administered. I promptly received this crucial information via email!

My dog ​​was diagnosed with Addison's disease in 2017, and thanks to good treatment, he is now 12 1/2 years old, and we enjoy every day. We feel well cared for.
