ATTENTION If it's a genuine emergency: go to a hospital! Check availability and specialization beforehand and get confirmation. This has happened repeatedly here: emergency care with minimal [injections/pain medication] then the limits of their expertise are reached. For surgery, patients are referred/sent/transferred to specialist practices. You can be sure of this; anyone who doesn't factor this in or has the spare time will end up paying at least twice as much.
