I would give this veterinary practice even more than 5 stars if I could. My family has been going there from the very beginning, and I take my dogs there with complete confidence. I trust no one as much as this practice, and especially Dr. Sarcev. Since my dog ​​unfortunately has some serious pre-existing health conditions, we've already spent a lot of time there. I'm all the more grateful for such an incredibly competent and empathetic veterinarian with her heart in the right place. Dr. Sarcev works very meticulously and always takes the time needed for proper treatment. She treats the animals with incredible love and is absolutely empathetic with both people and animals. You can feel how much the animals' well-being means to her. With her, treatment doesn't end immediately after the visit; she also checks in on the animal afterward. Whether it's an emergency or an appointment, they always try to accommodate everyone, and you never have to wait long for an appointment. Dr. Sarcev works very carefully and always takes the time needed for proper treatment. Above all, I appreciate her transparency, as she always explains exactly what she does, what treatment options are available, and what is recommended. She also considers your own concerns, and you feel taken seriously, understood, and never belittled. She listens and addresses each concern individually. The practice itself is very clean, modern, and inviting. You always feel immediately at ease. The entire team is incredibly open and friendly, and you can tell that everyone here is truly passionate about their work. The loving way they treat the animals and the incredibly friendly way they treat their owners speaks for itself. Another huge plus is the physiotherapy they now offer. It restored an incredible amount of mobility to my dog ​​after a serious operation. Here, too, they carefully consider what is right for the animal and what the animal feels comfortable with. I can wholeheartedly recommend this practice and would always go back here.
