We received wonderful care at the clinic! The entire team was extremely friendly to us and showed a lot of love for our kittens. The examination was thorough and comprehensive, the prices were fair, and the environment was clean and pleasant. We were very satisfied and can highly recommend the clinic! One detail that particularly impressed us was the attention to communication: Unfortunately, we don't speak German, but we received perfect care in English. The vet even mentioned that the team had practiced English the day before to ensure we received the best possible service, and even the forms in German included English instructions to make them easier to fill out. We know they didn't have to do this, but as immigrants, this special care meant so much to us! ❤️ We really enjoyed the experience and will definitely be back. 😊 ---- We had a wonderful experience at the clinic!
