Great service

We've been taking our dogs to this practice for five years now, ever since our old vet closed down. We feel very well cared for here; the staff is always available if we have any questions, and the vets are excellent. But most importantly, the dogs are always relaxed and calm during visits and examinations. The collaboration with the Ahlen Veterinary Clinic is perfect. Three years ago, one of our two female dogs had a severe pyometra with all the accompanying complications, and if the staff hadn't referred us directly to Ahlen, things wouldn't have turned out so well. Thank you again for that. We're currently treating our second dog's teeth, again in cooperation with Ahlen and this practice, and everything is going perfectly again. I can only say that we're so glad to have found such a great practice.

We've been patients here for several years and are very satisfied. Dr. Meermann comes from a dog sports background and has a different perspective on dogs. She understands the stresses these animals face and advises accordingly. Dr. Westermann has a real knack for working with our anxious dog. Since a visit is incredibly stressful for her, they find individual solutions. For example, when she had a cut on her hind leg, they showed me step-by-step how we could treat the injury ourselves over the next few days. This meant we only had to come back for a check-up. It was a fantastic solution, as changing the bandage was much more relaxed for Amy. They also took plenty of time for Amy's first appointments (after she came to live with us). This allowed Amy to get used to the practice and gradually overcome her fear. We were also always welcome in the waiting room to practice in between appointments. The whole team is very open and friendly! Thank you for being there!
