I contacted the veterinary emergency service by phone because one of my puppies had something stuck in his throat. The consultation was exceptionally friendly, calm, and highly professional. Despite it being an emergency, they took plenty of time, listened attentively, and gave me very clear and understandable instructions. I also received valuable tips that allowed me to handle the situation safely and effectively at home. Such a level of dedication, empathy, and professionalism is truly rare these days. I went to the practice with my little Paul yesterday, and although we don't like going to the vet, we felt very well looked after. The receptionist was very nice, and Dr. Meusel examined her very sensitively and competently, giving us some very good advice. I immediately asked if we could continue coming if necessary...which, of course, we don't want to 😉 So, a huge compliment and thank you from Paul and me!!!
