I was looking for a new veterinarian for my two cats near Nettetal and found this wonderful practice. You immediately feel comfortable with your animals as soon as you enter this small but excellent clinic. The consultation and the way my two cats were treated was both professionally and personally very competent. The prices are also reasonable, so even today, a veterinarian is affordable for someone who works a regular job. The staff are very friendly, kind, and helpful. I wish the practice many more new patients and hope they continue to be a great success.

We were looking for a competent veterinarian. Besides a well-equipped practice, what was important to us was a loving approach to our dog Oscar, and the caring and, most importantly, empathetic behavior of the staff. We seem to have found all of that here. Even the first visit was incredibly positive. Especially when you're worried about your pet and want help, calm and warmth are extremely important. And that's exactly how we were received. They took a lot of time for us, listened attentively, and acted in a solution-oriented manner. They work with passion here and don't just think about the money. We sincerely hope that this new practice can maintain this approach for a long time; then they'll be showered with 5-star reviews. We highly recommend this practice and the veterinarian. Our dog Charly had a tooth extracted and was neutered. Everything went very well; he received excellent care and aftercare. The staff at the practice are very friendly and welcoming, and we felt very well looked after. Compared to other practices, the prices are quite reasonable. We're so glad to finally have a veterinarian in town we can trust. We wish them many more patients and look forward to seeing them again for their next vaccination. Keep up the great work! 👍

I have three gerbils. Unfortunately, they have blood-sucking parasites. They were probably brought in with bedding/hay or transmitted by pigeons that often sit on the balcony. I was told over the phone that they could be treated, but that a diluter for the spot-on treatment would have to be ordered first. I went for the treatment today. Dr. Bürgers treated my gerbils and gave me some advice. While I was chatting with other visitors, acquaintances of mine (they were there with a recently operated dog), and they asked about a taxi company, the doctor overheard and asked where I needed to go. When I said the next village, she offered to drive me home. So Dr. Bürgers drove me home. She was incredibly kind, and I'm overwhelmed by her friendliness. I can't thank her enough.
