We've been taking our dog Gizmo to this veterinary practice for a while now and feel completely at ease there. The entire team is incredibly kind and empathetic, and they always take the time to answer our questions. Gizmo receives loving care, and we're always very happy with the attention he gets. A practice we trust completely! 🐾💚

I was satisfied with the treatment, and the team is very friendly. However, the practice is in need of renovation, and there's a terrible stench in the air that made me feel slightly nauseous. Luckily, I didn't have to wait long, otherwise I would have left. As I later learned, there was apparently water damage in the basement. So I hope it smells better next time. Therefore, my nose only gives it 3 stars.

For me/us, Dr. Prem is the best vet I've ever been to. Never has anyone cared so much, whether by email, phone, or in person. You feel like part of the family and always receive very competent advice. I would never change vets again and can only recommend her wholeheartedly. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Stars from Ralfi, Willi, and Toni ❤️

Unfortunately, we are very disappointed with this practice. We waited months for an appointment. On the day of the appointment, we called early to let them know we would be about 15 minutes late. On the phone, we were initially told they would have to check with the head vet, but that it shouldn't be a problem. Shortly afterward, however, we received a call back informing us that every minute counted and we would need a new appointment – ​​the next available slot wasn't until January. After such a long wait, this is completely unacceptable to us. We also encountered difficulties at a previous appointment: We were told in advance to bring a deworming treatment. Once there, we were told we could administer it to our rabbit ourselves. We received no explanation or advice on how to do this safely. Since our rabbit cannot be restrained at home without injuring itself or us, this was not feasible for us. In the end, we had to throw the deworming treatment away. Overall, we feel neither well-advised nor taken seriously. Based on our experience, we unfortunately cannot recommend this practice.
